This 3 bedroom villa has been built with both traditional architecture and Colonial-influenced design. The villa is built on one level in the shape of the Greek letter ‘П’ with the pool in the centre.
The open plan living and dining area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. For entertainment there is a plasma television, satellite channels (limited).
There is a stone hearth and the furniture is sophisticated and stylish including leather sofas, dining table with six chairs and hand-made furniture from local master craftsmen. The kitchen displays a surprising contrast of wood, marble and stone while including the top-of-the-line appliances and a utility room. From the kitchen door you will find an external staircase that takes you up to an extensive roof terrace.
The jacuzzi room with hand-laid blue mosaics overlooks the private garden and the mountains and it’s large enough for six persons. By the jacuzzi room there is a guest cloakroom with shower and gymnasium equipment including running machine and stepper.
Each bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is just two meters from the pool reached through sliding patio doors. The second & third bedrooms have two single beds and a double bed respectively and they share a large veranda.
The fully furnished veranda is extremely spacious and provides shade at all times of the day. This outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing with a sound system, dining area, outdoor stone fireplace and rattan sofa and chairs.
The large private swimming pool is 10m x 5.5m. The lawn area surrounds the property and is scented with jasmine.
Location
The villa is located in a large plot of land overlooking the beautiful countryside including the hillside villages of Miliou and Giolou.
The village of Miliou is one of the smallest villages in the Paphos district with a population of approximately 60 persons. The village participates in the Laona Project which aims to help the agro tourism on the island. In Miliou there is the old monastery named Ayii Anargyri which has now been converted to a spa, perfect for a visit when not relaxing at your villa. The area is popular for the mineral springs. The center of Polis is 15 minutes drive, Paphos Town is just 20 minutes drive and the nearest beach is 15 minutes drive away.
