The first of the three bedrooms is located on the lower ground floor and sports twin beds plus luxury en-suite shower room. On this level there is a separate living area with a sofa bed and flat screen television.
Leading up the stylish marble stairs you will find two bedrooms; both sports double beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, wall mounted flat screen television (linked to the satellite system in the living area). Both bedrooms have a luxury en-suite shower room fully tiled in marble.
The master bedroom has sliding patio doors that lead onto a private balcony with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy magnificent views of the villas’ private swimming pool and beyond to the Mediterranean Sea. Outside there is a large 11.40m x 4.00m swimming pool. Here you will find sunbeds, umbrellas and external dining table and six chairs. Also there is a purpose built barbeque area. The large garden also has a lawn area and direct access to the beacg.
During the winter months (October to March) underfloor heating can be provided.
