Leading through the double front doors you will see that the interior of this villa is very spacious, the ground floor consists of a living area with three comfortable settees, a fireplace plus television, DVD player, CD player and Playstation 2.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer (with ice maker in the freezer), microwave and dishwasher. Besides the kitchen is the utility room which houses the washing machine and extra cupboards. There is also a dining table and eight chairs.
A bedroom with two singles beds plus en-suite shower room and also guest cloakroom is also found on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite with a corner bath that is also a Jacuzzi for that bit of luxury. There is another bedroom with a double bed, private balcony and en-suite facilities that host a bath and shower. The third bedroom on the first floor has two single beds, its own private balcony with wooden table and chairs and en-suite facilities that include a bath and shower.
The villa has air conditioning. There is a safety deposit box, hairdryer and available on request is a baby cot and high chair. Also in the villa you will find a foldaway ‘z’-bed.
The villa has beautiful mature gardens, lawn and trees. Within the grounds is a private driveway, lawn/grass area, large verandas and a crystal clear 11 x 6m private swimming pool with walk in steps. Around the pool are Sunbeds and umbrellas and also wooden table and chairs for the al-fresco dining experience. There is also a pool shower plus a purpose built BBQ.

Argaka is a 10 min drive from the town of Polis which is served by the fishing port of Latchi—a pole of attraction all the year round and reputed for its fish taverns, its sea-sport facilities and boat rides up to Akamas. However, the great advantage of Polis is its close vicinity to the utmost beautiful Akamas peninsula, a nature reserve area destined to become a National Park, with its renowned Baths of Aphrodite. Α walk along its nature trails accompanied by the panoramic view of the bay of Polis is a unique experience.
